1. Technology Lead/Analyst - PEGA.


Exp: 4-8 years

Job Description ;

• Work closely with project architects, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts and developers in gathering requirements and designing /building the application.
• Design the class structure and architect the technical solution using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) and frameworks.
• Insure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails and design principles.
• Access Pegas centralized support infrastructure including the expert design clinic, the centralized global solutions library, and architecture black belts.
• Lead knowledge transfer to global development and test teams, provide resolution to issues and queries throughout the project lifecycle.
• Impart knowledge to the business, technology, infrastructure resources, to enable them for ongoing maintenance.
• Drive periodic reviews on the application using built-in utilities to assess the quality and performance of the application and provide recommendations.
• Work with infrastructure and deployment teams to drive environment setup and production readiness.
• Participate in end-to-end performance testing and tuning activities.
• Design BPM solutions using Pega PRPC and different frameworks like CPM, etc;
• Discuss with client stakeholders to understand requirement and provide technical solutions;
• Discuss with client IT stakeholders to come up with technical design;
• Design and develop interfaces for PRPC to integrate with other applications;
• Design and develop advance solutions in PRPC;
• Manage PRPC deployment activities;
• Configure application server/databases/PRPC administration tasks related to PRPC application development and deployment.

Skills

• Excellent Product Knowledge Technical leader, with good knowledge of Pega products including Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Customer Process Manager (CPM).
• Delivery Expertise Experience of architecting and designing multiple medium-large complexity implementations. Experience in managing development using globally distributed teams
• Industry Knowledge Experience in integrating with standard insurance technologies and applications(Added Advantage)
• Technical Expertise In-depth expertise with the Pega product-set, best practices and design principles
• Leadership skills Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to lead and direct multi-level teams

2. Technology Lead/Analyst - Progress 4GL.

• Progress 4GL expertise having worked on development Projects.
• He / She should be able to code and unit test based on the design for the enhancements, analyze Incidents and provide resolutions to Incidents and handle Service requests.
• He / She should have good communication & analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Understanding of Programming Techniques and logic development
• Analysis, design and development of applications using Progress
• Interact with business customers for new requirements and issue analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment.
• Write unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing. Code review to ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications.
