Walk-in interview for the role of Consultant Marketplace . Details as under.
Designation: Consultant
Role: Address vendor queries through Inbound calls, Outbound calls, Chat & Emails
This is not a sales/upselling/marketing role.

Walk-in interviews on July 7th July 8th and Date of Joining is July 10th

Mandatory Criteria:
Experience: 0.6 months - 3yrs
Education: 10+2+3(Diploma), Any graduation/ pursuing last year of graduation
Excellent communication skills - English & Hindi
Good in MS Office applications
Immediate Joinees (July 10th)

Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore
Workdays: Any 5 days, should be flexible to work on 6th day as well
Timings: Dayshift, 9AM-9PM (Any 9 hrs shift)

Week-off: Rotational split- off

Cab Facility: Available (Paid benefit)

Should demonstrate clear and polite oral communication.

Resolves all reported issues by the vendor in a proper manner.

Escalates vendor issues appropriately and correctly.

Should demonstrate timely, accurate and professional vendor experience.

Should maintain average handle time, while remaining professional and informative.

Actively seeks solutions and should identify trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions.

Thinks outside the box wherever required.

Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency on vendor issues.
