Job Description

 

1.Responsible for attending to Branch / Client inbound calls to register complaint/queries.
2.Understand the nature of queries and to follow up/coordinate with inter departments (HO) and branches, for redressing the queries/complaints registered in customer care.
3.Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets
4.Candidates with NCFM/NISM Certification will be preferred.  
Desired Candidate Profile

 

Education:

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

• Basic Knowledge of stock market Equity/Commodity/Currency & Depository related knowledge 
• Excellent at Written Communication -English, Hindi - Telugu
• Punctual,Aggressive, Team-oriented attitude, Flexibility
• Prior experience in redressing complaints.
