Position: HR-Executive


Salary Range: Best in the industry


Timings :2.30pm-11.30pm


Transportation: Home pick up and Drop


Walk-in Time-10am -2 pm

Role Requirement
Responsible in maintaining employee personal files with all required documents.
Responsible for updating new hire information or any changes of employees in HRIS.
Creating the required MCFs for all required changes and send for Approvals.
Ensure to process the OT calculations, Leave data, Referrals etc accurately in the payroll every month.
Plays active role in creation, implementation and improvement of new or existing HR procedures, programs and projects
Manages the internal HR documentation flow and HR data maintenance;
Leads corporate induction/Policy trainings;
Effectively manages employee relations issues;
Provides day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on a broad range of HR topics, including legal regulations, benefits, performance management, etc.; Involved in Performance evaluation and the Performance Improvement Processes;
Responsible for the entire Exit process from Exit formalities to Full and Final Settlement process.
Ensure to send FNF inputs to Finance for the resigned employees accurately without delay.
Performs regular reports and analysis of the HR data according to the management needs;
Send appraisal reminders to department heads monthly and actively follow up to ensure appraisals are completed as per timelines.
Respond to requests for information and HRIS reports from various business units.
Leave management and Attendance administration: Ensure all the required details are validated in the EMS tool for payroll. Also responsible for updating all employee information in EMS.
Respond to all queries raised by Operations Team pertaining to EMS.
Participate and collect the required feedback on the exit interviews for all applicable employees and share the feedback with account heads on monthly basis.
Follow Absenteeism process for No call No show cases.
Creation of various HRIS reports such as Recruitment, Attrition, head count etc for the higher management on a monthly basis.
Issue salary change, transfer, promotion, and other letters as and when necessary.
Participate in PIP/AGF meetings and provide necessary inputs whenever required.
Responsible in counseling employees for retention.
Participate actively in ISO and BDO audits and ensure 100% compliance.
Participate in Employee feedback sessions as per the schedule and share the feedback.
Conduct Employee engagement activities for employees by coordinating with Account heads.

Education: Masters degree in Human Resource, Business, Organization Development or equivalent is essential.
Experience: 2-4 years experience in the HR field in the following areas: HR administration and payroll Processing, performance evaluation
