2 - 6 years in any organization
>Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR (Regular)

Should have worked in reputed companies in FMCG/Consumer Durables/ Logistics / Telecom Industry

>Role Purpose
The role holder will responsible for end to end hiring within respective zones
>Key Deliverables
Understanding requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking .
Understanding candidate's profile to evaluate role fitment ( taking first round of interview) .
Coordinating with the line managers / departmental heads for further interview process.
Compensation negotiation with the shortlisted candidates.
Preparation of compensation structure and releasing the offers.
Plan for joining and induction of new joinees.
Vendor Management.
Generation of MIS reports.
