Job Description:
*Good understanding of recruitment in BPOs.
*High level of Internet searching techniques as well as direct identification methodology.
*Manage recruiting including: creating job postings, sourcing resumes/candidates, reviewing of resumes, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews, extending offers, and tracking and reporting on candidates and interview data, closing candidates.
*Excellent communication and Attitude.
*Exposure to Job portals and social networking sites.
*Flexible with Outstation Travel
Desired Skill Set:
Qualification: Post Graduation in Human Resource
Experience: 1 to 2 years Experience
