Gati KWE is hiring Executive/Sr. Executive - Finance and Accounts @ Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. Walk In Date - 26th July 2014 (Saturday)

Timing - 10:00 AM  - 11:00 AM

Work Experience in MIS, Finance & Accounts, Internal Audit, Consolidation, Indirect Taxation, Accounts, Banking.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Additions of Assets, Retirement of Assets (Retirement due to Sale Proceeds or Physical Retirement of the Assets).continuous follow-up with the Zones for Original Invoices of the Assets related to that particular Zones.
• Excise Duty & service tax (CENVAT amount)was recovered or not. After capitalization of the Assets, System will generate Numbers for Added Assets. Arranging the Asset Bills according to the Numbers into a systematic order (Filing).
• Assisting in Tax Audit for Schedules related to Fixed Assets. 
• Customization of Reports for reporting purpose. Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report Accounting Center wise and Branch wise. And for more facilitation, MIS reports of Fixed Assets are being created.
• Capital Advances data month wise with complete details of the Advances which are incurred for the purpose of Purchase of Capital Items, Party wise.
• Reconcile Capital Advance code with GL Balance and Payable Balance. 
• Functional Support-Oracle Apps.
• Resolving Functional Queries related to GL,AP,AR & FA in Apps, All over India and International.
• Testing the business setup in GL, AP modules chart of accounts, calendar, Security rules, cross validation rules, Multi- Organization flow process, Payment Batch , Invoice Batch
• Actively participating and coordinating the technical team and users and ensuring timely delivery of specified components requirements
• Conducting in-house training Programs across India & International (Gati Subsidiaries) for Apps End-Users. 
• MIS on ESOS & Expenses Related to Vehicles 
• Reconciliation of these ESOS , Car Running Expenses, GA/Vendor vehicle Painting Expenses, Repairs & Maintenance to Trucks & Trailers,Repairs & maintenance to Cars and Two Wheeler Running Expenses with Ledger Balances and maintain the Balances.Full & Final Settlements
• Entry of the Employee final Settlement data provided by the HR & Accounts departments of respective zones in HRIS system

• Proper Knowledge accounting Standard
• Proper Knowledge of Income Tax Act & Company Act
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience in statutory & Internal Audit
• Good Knowledge of PF & ESI and other related Law
