We have scheduled Walk-in interviews for Quality Assurance in various formulation units of Zydus to be based at Ahmedabad. Walk-in interviews is scheduled on 09/07/14, Wednesday from 09:30 hrs to 14:30 hrs at Formulation Manufacturing Plant, Cadila Healthcare Ltd, Sarkhej-Bavla N.H. No.8A, Moraiya, Tal: Sanand, Dist. Ahmedabad - 382 210.


Chemist/Officer IPQA Tablet Production: 
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm Experience: 01 to 04 years
1. Shall be responsible for performing in-process checks in manufacturing area for solid manufacturing & review of process documents stage-wise and facilitate timely release of batches at various stages.
2. Calibration of IPQA equipments like balance, Hardness tester, DT machine, Halogen moisture analyzer etc.
3. Review and assessment of deviations, incidences and change controls
4. Exposure of Batch manufacturing records review and stage wise release.
5. Exposure of market complaint and batch failure investigations.
6. Exposure on annual product review preparation and compilation.


Chemist/Officer IPQA Tablet Packing:  Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm Experience: 04 to 07 years
1. Shall be responsible for performing in-process checks in packing area for solid manufacturing & review of process documents stage-wise and facilitate timely release of batches at various stages.
2. Candidates have exposure on bulk packing lines and blister packing lines.
3. Review and assessment of deviations, incidences and change controls
4. Exposure of Batch packing records review and stage wise release.
5. Exposure of market complaint and batch failure investigations.
6. Exposure on annual product review preparation and compilation.
Chemist/Officer Parenteral Validation: Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm Experience: 02 to 04 years
1. Experience in Equipment Qualifications (Autoclave, Tunnel , Lyophilizers etc)
2. Must have experience in Process validations , protocol preparation and compilations
3. Should be responsible for Media fill activities, protocol & BMR preparation
4. Responsible for Utility Qualifications
5. Knowledge of SOPs and QA processes and exposure to internal/external audits.

Preference will be given to those who matches with the following criteria:
1. Ensure quality compliance of the product through internal audits
2. Handling of various Regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, TGA etc.
3. Good knowledge of cGMP & cGLP
4. Candidates having experience of working in regulatory approved plants, exposure to GLP and SAP Environment will be preferred.
