Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
Good Knowledge on Cisco ASA, Symantec ESM, RSA ACE Server, Checkpoint
PointSec, Blue Coat Proxy, Cyber Armor Personal Firewall etc
Knowledge/Experience - ITIL process
Hands on Experience on Firewall, IDS/IPS, Antivirus and Vulnerability Assessment
Adhere the policies/processes laid for the project
Process Documentation
Ensuring the SLA's are met (SLA's related to Monitoring, Management, Alerting, Reporting)
Participate in Customer Review Meetings
