Job Description
Role: Team Member Packaging Development
Location: Bachupally, Hyderabad 
Key Responsibilities
Understand and align with the current operational SOPs
Create right technology solutions and deliver which will help business plans with minimal disruption to existing supply chain.
Proficiency in material behaviour and testing of materials with a proactive mind-set.
Ability to identify opportunities in areas of new products, technologies, applications and processes.
Life cycle management of existing products of Packaging department.
Familiarity with Pharmaceutical industries regulatory laws and implications on the deliverables concerned to a project.
Reporting to Packaging Team Lead for NAG/EU/EM Market to support them in harmonization / simplification / productivity improvement programs to
Support the Grow Market Agenda
Ability to work in a collaborative manner to influence stakeholders, seniors and peers
Operating Network
Internal: Regulatory, Formulation, QC, QA, FTMR, Production, SCM Planning, SCM Procurement
External: Vendors
Technical Requirements:
- Broad Knowledge of Regulatory requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Packaging material
- In-depth knowledge of Packaging machinaries . 

Educational Qualifications: Science/Pharmacy Graduate or Engineer from qualified institutes with proven academic record.

Experience Required: 7-9 Years of Hands on experience in Packaging Development or related functions with significant business impact.
