basic domain/server/network knowledge.
good in lan troubleshoot
Hands on experience in trouble shooting both Hardware & Software related Problems, Network related complaints. Installation and configuration of MS Windows, MS Office XP/2007, Internet Explorer, Antivirus.Good Interpersonal skills & customer support attitude
