Job Description	Technical / senior technical role in development and implementation of complex system applications, or of several smaller applications. Should be able to work independently with minimum direction. Build and manage internal and external relationships to gain buy-in and maximize results. Demonstrate strong technical leadership and ability to mentor and train other team members. Manage risks at all the levels of SDLC. Understanding of key business drivers and ensuring technical solutions that deliver business value in line with the company objectives.   Skill Sets Required: Strong knowledge on Java Script, Web Services, TFS / VSS , HTML, CSS, Silverlight, AJAX, ADO.NET, LINQ & SQL Server 2008 / 2012 Should be able to handle complex coding independently. Strong Knowledge in SQL database & data modeling a strong plus Experience with the Microsoft Office object model using VBA, especially Excel and Outlook Experience in developing for SharePoint 2007 / 2010 a strong plus Ability to exhibit strong discipline in the software development process & Coding Standards Ability to capture and document business requirements. Ability to convert them into technical concepts Should be Use case proficient Good prioritization skills Self-starter, dynamic, able to work independently Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
