Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Toy room Incharge will be completely responsible for all the duties related to the Toy room.

She will be responsible for maintaining the Toy register (toys given and taken by the teachers).

She will responsible for sending the monthly stock report of Toys to the Admin department.

She will take proxy whenever any Pre Primary teacher is absent. (If required)

She will maintain and update data as and when required on behalf of the Pre Primary coordinator (Children List which includes Class List, Bus Route List, Arrival Dispersal List, Teachers Duty List, Children detail list with phone no , address, Blood group). Write ups on Special Days, Field Trips and Festivals. Also making P.P.T of Special Days, Field Trips and Festivals.

Educational Qualification:
Any graduate with relevant experience of 0-2 yrs. (We can consider candidates with work experience in stores / stock taking)
