Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all steps associated with the hiring process like sourcing, screening, scheduling & offering a prospective new hire, there by closing all the open positions assigned to you within a stipulated time
* Assess and interview potential job candidates, by conducting an effective fitment based on the job description criteria.
* Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and effectively negotiate offer terms to selected candidates
* Ability to develop strong communication channels with the hiring managers enabling business success. To achieve this, the incumbent must provide enhanced experience to both the hiring managers & the candidate during various stages of the hiring process at all times
* Display the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency or pro-activeness
* Ability to understand some very complex job requirements & for this the incumbent needs to constantly upgrade his / her knowledge by attending periodic calibration sessions with the hiring managers
* Utilize internal database to identify & generate potential candidates
* Place job requirements on social networking sites to increase available candidate pool
* Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in our company & position
* Identify networking activities such as attending career fairs & professional association meetings
* Maintain excellent documentation & reporting in our on-line recruiting portal, excel files as well as hard files submitted with the on-boarding team
* Brief candidates about the company, job description & the interview process. Send regular interview status / schedules to candidates(both verbal & written)
* Effectively communicate the status of candidates at regular intervals to the hiring managers & to the employees who have referred these candidates
