Job Description:
With 3+ years of Automotive experience in Design and Research & Development. Skills required [Must]
Minimum 3 years of experience in component Design & Development. (Transportation / Locomotive will be advantage)
Have good knowledge on validation process of components.
Have good knowledge on New component introduction process.
Should have worked in FMEA, Validation & Verification plan.
Should have worked on Concept generation using idea generation methods.
Able to analyse shop issues and provide solutions
Strong knowledge in Engineering standards followed [ANSI,ISO,ASTM]
Good oral / written communication skill, English proficiency, MS office proficiency
GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, DFA/DFM/DFS.
Should have worked with cross-functional team of Designers, Engineers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Field service and external consulting engineering teams.
Minimum1+ years of experience in UG NX 6 or 7.5 with TcE knowledge
Good in drawing reading skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing and machining process. Skills required
ANSI /ASME specification knowledge.
Manufacturing/Shop floor exposure.
Quality & Inspection measuring equipment knowledge. Personal soft skills
Good in Communication
Good analytical abilities
Creativity and ingenuity
Excellent work ethics
Self-motivated
