Walk-in Interviews for "seller Consultant" role - Bangalore

Walk-in interview for the role of Seller Consultant . Details as under.
Designation: Seller Consultant

Role: Address Seller queries through Inbound calls, Outbound calls, Chat & Emails


This is not a sales/upselling/marketing role.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
Experience: 0 - 3yrs

Education: 10+2+3(Diploma), Any graduation/ pursuing last year of graduation

Excellent communication skills - English & Hindi

Good in MS Office applications

Immediate Joinees (July 10th)
Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore

Workdays/Timings: 5 days, 9AM-9PM (Any 9 hrs shift), should be flexible on 6th day as well


Week-off: 2 days, Rotational split off 
Cab Facility: Available (Paid benefit)

Should demonstrate clear and polite oral communication.

Resolves all reported issues by the seller in a proper manner.

Escalates seller issues appropriately and correctly.

Should demonstrate timely, accurate and professional seller experience.

Maintains positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light.

Demonstrates expertise and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.

Understands and correctly uses all available tools.

Should maintain average handle time, while remaining professional and informative.

Should maintain productivity or published standard for skill group.

Maintain quality or published standard for skill group.

Actively seeks solutions and should identify trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions.

Thinks outside the box wherever required.

Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency on seller issues.
