Job Description

Job Profile: Trainee Recruiter
Exp level: 0 to 1 year
Job location: Bangalore (Office shifting from New BEL Road to Yelahanka New Town by August)
Responsibilities:
Identify, screen and qualify technical candidates.
Source candidates using resources (internal database, job board, groups, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
Work with peers and management to continually develop effective recruiting strategies and processes.
