Shift: Rotational / 24/7

Education: Any Graduate.

Time: 10AM- 4PM

Skills

• Relevant training/mock project or work experience in development and/or testing role.
• Good development/scripting skills in JAVA, J2EE, web services, etc.
• Database knowledge, mainly in Oracle or MySQL.
• Good experience with different Operating Systems, with emphasis on Unix variants
• Fair understanding of object oriented programming, J2EE architecture, etc
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
• Working knowledge in assurance COTS products (Netcool/ Zenoss /Infovista /Solarwinds) would be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Interact with development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
• Prepare test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases.
• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases
• Develop new tools/scripts for performing testing.
• Execute test cases and analyze test results.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams for root cause identification and resolution.
• Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate.
