Ensure Basic metrics of Operations met ( AHT,SL,AL,Quality, Attrition management, Shrinkage handling, RA Etc)
Manage Customer Inbound voice Calls
Constantly monitor & review performance metrics of the assinged Team memebrs.
Identify Training need of the team assigned.
Handle Client and Customer escalations ensure closure of complaints.
