Roles and Responsibilities:-
Reporting to the Team leader, the incumbent is responsible for Digital Imaging activities within the Digital, Print and Imaging Business Unit.
Outline, cut masks, color correct and retouch imagery for magazines and catalogues.
Complete all assigned jobs within established time lines, in an accurate and client specific manner.
Raise any queries / discrepancies in supplied source files with the Team lead for appropriate clarification.
Keep Team leader proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal commit time.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Maintain and model a calm demeanor during periods of high volume, continue performing to standards and set a positive example for the team.
Share best practices with teammates on the use of new tools to achieve operational excellence.
Establish and maintain a professional rapport with all teammates and staff.
Support Team leader and QC in duties as skill dictates.
Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
Be conscious of customer requirements and make sure defect-free files are always delivered. Score high on efficiency.
Reduce work time, lead team in reducing errors in work.
