Should have overall 5-10 years of IT Consulting experience, with minimum 5 years demonstrable experience as an Oracle HRMS functional consultant
Ability to design innovative solutions to meet the customer needs
Has done a minimum of 3-4 Implementation projects in Oracle HRMS (HRMS, Payroll, Advance Benefits, Time and Labour, Self Service HR)
Has done at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM ( Global HR, Payroll , Performance management)
Should have a good understanding of HR Processes
In depth understanding of the Oracle Application Architecture in releases E-Business Suite R11i/12 with respect to HRMS
Extensive experience in functional application configuration/setup, impact analysis and solution design, RICEF Customizations
Deep understanding of recognized oracle implementation documentation methodologies, e.g. AIM
Preparation of proposals to highlight value proposition of Oracle HCM Solutions/Products ( E-Business Suite, Taleo, Fusion HCM)
Demo products to the end customer as required understand customer processes, pain points and map out with the product functionalities/ suggest innovative solutions to plug the gaps
Assess the scope of work and estimate services proposals
Prepare solution response, proposal presentations to prospects
Engage in the complete sales cycle till closure of the sales with a prospect along with the Sales team
