1) Expert in j2ee specifically in Spring, Hibernate, Jquery, Java script, web services
2) Must be having 4 to 5 years of expertise in above technologies.
3) Very sound analysis and reasoning skill is a must.
4) Very good communication skill is a must.
5) Willing to travel to clients location if it is required.
