A. Technical Skills:
Functional/Technical Oracle HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, CWB, OAB, iRecruitment
Complete knowledge of System Administrator functions
Complete knowledge of AME and HR Workflow
Complete understanding of Fast Formulas used for Oracle Payroll and OAB
Understand patch cycle for Oracle US Payroll and Australia Payroll
Complete knowledge of Oracle's SR process
Experience on Conversions, Interfaces, Reports & Forms Customizations
B. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and equivalent 6-8 years of related experience
Experience equal to completing 2 implementations of Oracle HRMS
