We are currently hiring Executive/ Senior Executive - Project Management only in Print / Publishing domain for HCL Business Services - Chennai.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Manage end to end production of magazines.
Prepare and monitor schedules
Provide sales support, pull ad reports from Ad Booking/Ad Management System
Finalize issue size and create issue layouts [folio plan]
Proof and approve magazine pages in the proofing system
Coordinate with stake holders - Sales, Advertisers, Editors, Publishers and Third Party Vendors for printing and shipping of issues
Prepare monthly MIS and issue wise performance reports for the client and management
Support Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables services
Skills:-
Excellent command of English
Computer literate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
Good communication skills Written, Spoken, Listening
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Work well individually and as a team member
Able to prioritize and plan ahead
Practical approach
Ability to think clearly and react sensibly under pressure
Excellent decision making skills
Good with numbers
