JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ability to deal with specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers
- Recognise individual customer service needs and resolve their enquiry
- Ability to handle complaints and escalate where appropriate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is preferred.
Salary:
INR 1,75,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Incentives+annual bonus
