Job Description     Basic requirement:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.

4. Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
5. You should be result oriented with professional work attitude
6. Front line support via telephones, chats and emails.


Job Description:
1. Installation, troubleshooting and configuration of Windows XP / Vista / win 7 Operating Systems
2. Installation, configuring of MS office suit ( All Version )
3. Troubleshoot on all various IT, OS, Hardware and Application on phone or via remote access.
4. Configuration and troubleshooting of desktop, network, multi-function printers
5. Troubleshoot VPN connections
6. Troubleshoot LAN, WAN and WLAN
7. Address email task on time.
8. Creating 100% tickets.
9. Excellent customer handling skills.
10. Escalate cases based on escalation metrics.
11. Configuration and troubleshooting of multi-function printer.

Knowledge on:
1. Networking- Basic
2. Excellent knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange, VPN.
3. Basic knowledge on internet, ISP and browsers.
4. Fair knowledge on Blackberry services, Iphone and Android
5. Operating system (Win 2000/XP/Vista/Win 7)
6. Microsoft Office
7. Outlook (2003/2007/2010)

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Graduates and above.
2. 1+ years of experience in Service Desk or Helpdesk.
3. Good knowledge on Exchange, VPN and AD.
4. Preference to candidates- Completion of courses like A+, N+, MCP, MCSA, CCNA.
