Job Description -
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Previous experience in an order management / fulfillment role preferable
Must pass our candidate hiring test with 80% or higher
Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
1-2yrs of prior Order Management/Procurement work experience
Demonstrated proficiency with written English
Responsibilities:
Will be working on cases assigned to the agent and have to meet the daily target
Customer issues & queries to be escalated
Detail oriented approach to check the credibility & the eligibility of cases that can be processed or declined
Decision making basis logical analysis of cases that have exceptions and proceed accordingly
Quality focused to have a zero error process by following the Process Documents & Updates
Thorough understanding of the complete flow of the process from Creation to closure
