Job Description
Position : IT Recruiter, Expert in Staffing
Experience : 2-4 Years
Work Location : Bangalore
Handling end-to-end IT recruitment process in Product Engineering Services.
Handling Staffing, Client Interaction etc.,
Interacting with the Delivery Leadership to understand exact requirements for maintaining the minimum turnaround time on the requirements.
Interacting with the team about the requirements and planning with them how to go ahead with the requirement.
Building effective data base of profiles through various sources like job portals (Naukri, Monster), internal employee reference, vendors, LinkedIn, network through prospective
Candidate documents Collation and verification.
Offering the candidates as per the salary structure and internal parity.
Coordinating & processing pre-employment medical test for the offered candidates.
Periodic following up with offered candidates to ensure candidates are in track.
