Walk in for Financial Planning & Analysis experts at Hyderabad 1st & 2nd November 2014 - Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 2pm.



Work Location : Coimbatore



Desired Candidate Profile for Senior Analyst / Specialist / Team Leader:



Minimum 1-8 years of experience in Financial planning & analysis process with firm exposure towards ERP & reporting tools e.g. Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase etc.



Conducts a wide range of accounting and financial analyses on critical and complex issues which may include variance analysis, forecasts, budgeting, cost control and accounting transactions.



Budget and actual variance analysis.



Analyze and interpret plan data and develop commentary to apprise management as to plan status, plan Vs actual variances, problem areas and potential areas for improvement. Challenge planning assumptions for reasonableness.



Preference to be given to candidates with a BPO experience with reputed banking clients.



Any experience of transitioning financial planning & analysis processes from onshore locations will be a plus.



Basic level of knowledge around accountings standards, IFRS and US GAAPs will be a plus.



Should have intermediate to advance level of knowledge for accounting principles & practices with ability to pass accounting transactions.



Prior experience in Oracle will be a plus.



Advance level of proficiency in MS-Office (Excel & Word), Access and Macros .



Finance & Accounting Domain Knowledge.



Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills.



Flexibility to work in UK / US shift.



Willing to travel.



Candidates with US VISA  will be preffered.
